How do I choose my size? If you already have Havaianas at home, please always use the Brazilian size that appears in the center of the shoe. That is the size system we use at Igapost.com. Otherwise, please use our size chart to convert your USA or European size to the Brazilian equivalent. Note that the USA sizes are "mens" - you need to convert your size first to USA mens, even though the flip flops are considered "unisex".
Are there any other taxes, or duties to pay on delivery?
In the USA there are no taxes or duties for our orders. Outside the USA it will depend on your local customs office whether or not taxes and duties are charged on your order. These taxes, if applied, are always the responsibility of the buyer/ importer.
Do I get a discount for larger orders? At certain times we may offer incentives for "bulk" buyers who generally order 15+ pairs of flip flops per order. Contact us through our wholesale section and please specify roughly how many pairs you need.
