Do you ship to my country? We ship to most countries in the world that are served by international mail. We know that some countries have unreliable postal services, so we reserve the right to cancel orders based on our experience with lost packages in some countries.
All of our orders have a lag time before shipment of UP TO one week. That is because we ship out of Brazil each Friday. Saturday orders therefore are held for one week (until Friday) before shipment. The best day to order at Igapost.com is Wednesday, or Thursday, for fastest shipping times. From the time the orders arrive in Houston, TX, on the following Monday from shipment, delivery times can vary from 4-12 days in the USA and from 2-4 weeks elsewhere (depending on local mail service).
Is there internet tracking available for my order? Unfortunately we don't have internet tracking available. For USA shipments we have a "delivery confirmation" system whereby packages are scanned on delivery, and the status is shown on the USPS website afterwards. For foreign deliveries, there is no tracking.
Do you do rush deliveries? We are able to rush deliveries for orders of at least US$1000 and we ship via FedEx. This is due to the extremely complex situation in Brazil for exports.
How much is shipping? Our website automatically calculates shipping times and costs based on the contents of your shopping cart and your address. Give it a try! The shipping price will be displayed without needing to commit to the purchase or enter credit card details.
Will I have to pay import duties when my package arrives? For orders in the USA, the package will be received from our distribution center in Texas, so it is a domestic package with no import duties. For orders outside the United States, your government may charge import duties for larger orders. It depends on your local customs service and their handling of incoming mail. Note that the buyer is always responsible for any import duties or fees, never Igapost.com.
