How should I proceed if I receive a defective or incorrect item? We eagerly replace defective merchandise or incorrect orders. We INSIST on customer satisfaction in all cases. Please contact us by email if you have any difficulties with your order.
How can I return an item that is the wrong size? We accept one size exchange per customer. The buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us in Brazil in new condition. Return must be pre-approved by email and postmarked within one week of receipt. Please contact us by email for instructions.
How can I make a return for any other reason? In all other cases, we discourage returns due to the high shipping costs. If you need to make a return, please contact us and we can work out an individual solution. Buyer will be required to pay all shipping costs for item returns (except defective).
